A new classical concert in Germany!     Braunschweig 03.05.2009, 20:00 Stadthalle Braunschweig (Großer Saal)   Konzert BRAUNSCHWEIG CLASSIX FESTIVAL 2009   Eröffnungskonzert: David Garrett, Violine/Prager Kammerorchester Max Bruchs Violinkonzert g-Moll source   "Er trägt gern T-Shirts mit Totenkopf, Dreitagebart und das lange Blondhaar zum Pferdeschwanz gebunden. Der junge, gutaussehende Mann, der daherkommt wie ein angesagter Rock-Trommler oder Rapper, ist in Wirklichkeit eine der Mega-Hoffnungen des Klassik-Betriebes in Sachen Jugendlichkeit und Coolness.   Das funktioniert natürlich nur, weil David Garrett auch ein exzellenter Geiger ist. Hi,   David hat in diesem Jahr den Echo in der Sparte "Klassik ohne Grenzen" gewonnen. Die Preisverleihung findet am 19.10.2008 in München statt und wird ab 22.00 Uhr im ZDF übertragen.

Hi,   am 17.10.2008 ist David Talkgast in der Sendung 3nach9. Die Sendung beginnt um 22.00 Uhr und wird ausgestrahlt über den NDR/RB.

Eva,   no, David was not disappointed. There was no reason. Even if the audience was older, they really liked his crossover concert and he had to give 2 encores! He was outstanding and the audience appreciated him.     It was a great evening!   Birgit
